Standard 4 Port 95–125 PSI Air Compressor Pressure Switch Control Valve With 90 Degree Elbow Unloader

This replacement air compressor pressure switch is a reliable, standard-duty pressure switch designed to control system pressure between 95 and 125 PSI. This version features a 90 degree elbow style unloader connection, commonly found on many newer air compressors where the unloader line enters from the side instead of straight vertically into the fitting. Many OEM compressor setups use this angled configuration for improved hose routing and clearance.

The switch includes a 4 way 1/4" female NPT air inlet manifold on the bottom of the switch along with a 1/4" compression unloader fitting with a 90 degree elbow connection. A manual on/off lever is built into the housing for convenient operation.

If your system does not use an unloader line, the unloader connection can remain unused without affecting the operation of the pressure switch.

The 4 port manifold design makes this switch a great option for air tanks with limited connection ports, allowing additional accessories such as an air gauge, safety relief valve, quick coupler, or other fittings to be installed directly at the switch. Unused ports can be plugged using standard 1/4" NPT pipe plugs.

For higher amperage air compressors, this switch should be used with a magnetic starter. In these applications, the pressure switch activates the starter while the starter handles the heavy electrical load. This helps protect the switch contacts and can improve overall motor life.
